Explore the night sky among the wildflowers in Wongan Hills

The Reynoldson Reserve Wildflower Festival is from 1-3 November 2019. It’s a celebration about the stunning wildflowers across the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu and especially the Verticordia that blooms at this time of year at Reynoldson Reserve.

As part of the festival, you’re invited to a free community stargazing night! See the Moon, Saturn, Jupiter and much more through telescopes. Marvel in wonder as a laser pointer tour guides you across the constellations in the night sky.

Special guests from the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) will amaze you with what’s happening in space science in WA. It’s a great opportunity for children and parents to find out more about studying and working in astronomy.
