The rustic, mud brick cottages with their wood fires cater for active families, couples or groups. The cottages sleep four to five guests, with two mud bricks offering the option of queen/king or queen/single beds. All linen and towels are supplied, complimentary tea and coffee supplied in the fully equipped kitchen. Each cottage has its own barbecue for outdoor cooking. The bathroom includes a spacious double sink and shower and separate toilet, affording privacy for couples travelling together. Wood and kindling are supplied, free of charge seasonally and generously topped up daily. Each cottage has its own private little verandah, perfect for breakfast, sundowners, birdwatching or a barbecue. The resident alpacas, sheep and chickens add to the ‘farm-life’ experience.
For those seeking a romantic getaway, the Heritage Timber Cottage is a perfect hideaway. Fully self – contained and tucked behind the main house. The mini orchard a few metres from the cottage is perfect for lazing in the sun or enjoying the shade of the lemon trees. The location lends itself to meditative walks and shinrin yoku or for the more adventurous, mountain biking and access to hikes on the Bibbulmun or Munda Biddi trails.
