Partnering with 10 local WA distillers, Fremantle Markets is bringing people Fremantle’s very own ‘WA Distillers Takeover’ from Friday 28 August to Sunday 30 August.

Crowd pleasers with the ability to shake up drink repertoires, or as a go to for a refreshing drink with friends –spirits make a quick convert out of anyone, with a weekend like this at Fremantle Markets this event is not to be missed!
Commencing Friday 28 August, gin and whiskey lovers can rejoice and celebrate their favourite spirits all weekend long with opportunities to learn more about their favourite drinks from the experts themselves – while sipping the weekend away with free samples.

10 local WA distilleries will be setting up shop as part of WA Distillers Takeover at the iconic Fremantle Markets sharing the gin and whiskey loving spirit (pardon the pun) for locals and visitors alike to enjoy.
The local distilleries include: Whipper Snapper Distillery, Wandering Distillery, Old Young’s Distillery, OMG Distillery, West Winds Gin and Sin Gin.
To assist traders with rebuilding their businesses, Fremantle Markets will be operating on the following reduced hours – Friday to Sunday 9am-6pm (the Yard will be open from 8am).
*These hours will be reviewed monthly as Fremantle Markets rebuild.
