Seniors Recreation Council of WA Peel branch launch the new season of the Double Dip Aerobic Swimming Program which has run successfully over the past 10 years.
Registration days for the 2024 program on Tuesday December 5 and Thursday December 7 2023 at the Town Beach from 8am until 9am.
Forms will be available for registering for the three month program, commencing two days per week from January 2 and 4 through the months of January, February and March.
Cost of registration is $70. (Please note, no eftpos available).
Seniors aged from 50 years are welcome to register, with numbers limited.
An instructor will be in attendance along with lifeguard help at each session. Attendees will need to bring their own pool noodle, towel, hat and water.
