Chimichurri Marinade

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon dried Argentinean chimichurri sprinkle
  • 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil EVOO

Instructions

  • Mix all Chimichurri ingredients really well, beating in a bowl using a fork or whisk then set aside for 15 minutes.
