The Experience Nannup, Nannup Flower and Garden Festival is back again for its 28th year with a 10-day festival from August 8-17. This year they welcome exciting guests such as Sophie Thomson, Sabring Hahn, Paul West, Matt Golinksi, Have a Go News gardening expert Colin Barlow, Bluey and Bingo and so many more – not to forget the Mucky Duck Band coming to get everyone dancing at the Bush Dance.
The focus for the festival this year is Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle – to look at how we can produce less waste and create an incredible garden on a limited budget. Presentations and workshops include Upcycling in your Garden, Gardening with Wildlife, Seasonal Flower Arranging, Power of Mushrooms, DIY Eco Cleaning Products, Quiz Night, Movie Night and the Chef and the Gardener series also returns for another year. With more than 80 different events during the festival, 100+ market stalls each weekend and free activities for families and children it’s a festival not to be missed.

This year talented local artists Nina, Leanne and Catherine are creating a wonderland in the Nannup Town Hall using recycled and repurposed items intwined with dried and fresh botanicals. If last year’s exhibition was anything to go by – you won’t want to miss the opportunity to see their work again.
If you want a slower paced visit, come and enjoy the tulips lining the main street during the week as the town hall exhibition will be open, limited stalls as well as the inaugural Golden Wattle Arts Trail and Blue Wren Garden Trail. Take a wander through all our beautiful shops and cafes along the main street taking in all Nannup has to offer.
