Share your messages of support to those in need

Channel Nine Perth launches its #ShareYourSupport campaign.

#ShareYourSupport is about encouraging West Australians to send in personalised video messages of support to those in need during COVID-19.

The messages will be shared across the community through Nine News Perth, 6PR and WAtoday.

During this unprecedented time of social distancing and isolation it is essential to use video messaging to communicate and support one another.

Whether it’s a shout-out to a mate, well wishes to a loved one far away, saying hi to coworkers working from home or thanking our healthcare heroes, #ShareYourSupport is a simple yet effective way to engage and inspire others during this difficult time.

Anyone and everyone are encouraged to send in their personalised 10-second support video via private Facebook message through the 9 News Perth, 6PR or WAtoday page.

Selfie videos are welcome and participants are asked to shoot their vision in landscape mode.

Every Friday commencing this week, Scherri-Lee Biggs will present a video compilation of messages during the weather on Nine News at 6pm, and Oliver Peterson will air additional messages during 6PR’s Perth Live from 3pm.

A selection of messages will also land on the WAtoday, 6PR and Nine News Perth Facebook pages for the community to “like” and share.

Spread the word, get involved, and #ShareYourSupport today in this special community initiative from Nine News Perth, 6PR and WAtoday
