Subiaco’s annual European-inspired foodie festival, Subi Spritz, presented by See Subiaco is set to once again bring the flavours, aromas, and flair of Southern Europe to the bustling heart of Subiaco in 2026.
From March 26-29, Perth foodies will indulge in a taste of la dolce vita with a series of mouth-watering events and activations that will take place throughout the City of Subiaco. Annual highlights like the popular Conti Roll Contest will return, along with a special European-inspired Subi Night Market x Subi Spritz collaboration, and some delicious new additions.
Among next year’s highlights will be the ultimate Euro Sunday Session featuring two of WA’s trailblazers in food and wine, Ben Ing (FOUND, Si Paradiso) and Ben Jacob (Masseria). The two will join forces to curate a delicious food and beverage pairing that will combine the best of West Australian produce with contemporary Italian flavours, paired with Cherubino Wines and FOUND brews.
Both Ben Ing and Ben Jacob have worked in some of the world’s best hospitality venues, with Ing serving as Head Chef at world number one restaurant, NOMA, while Jacob worked under the watchful eye of Gordon Ramsay at his prestigious restaurants, Boxwood Cafe and Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s. Both chefs are excited to be collaborating on Subi Spritz and to share their extensive culinary knowledge and experience with Perth foodies in Subiaco.
Juanita’s Luke Foyle has also invited 2025 WA Good Food Guide Chef of the Year, Blaze Young (Nieuw Ruin) and 2025 WA Good Food Guide Breakthrough Talent, Drew Dawson (The Cool Room) to collaborate with a snack-focused party to close out the festival.
Other highlights include the return of The Kiosk, which will run from March 26-28 and see Forrest Walk once again transform into a vibrant Italian piazza complete with a pop-up spritz bar and DJ’s spinning Italo disco vibes on the decks, giving visitors a true taste of la dolce vita.
The 2026 iteration of Subi Spritz marks the fifth consecutive year of the festival, which has grown to be an annual staple calendar event and sees thousands of West Australians flock to Subiaco to experience some of the best food, wine and cultural events that the state has on offer.
City of Subiaco Mayor David McMullen said: “Subi Spritz is our iconic event showcasing our very own food and beverage experiences to the whole of Perth. It not only draws visitors to the City of Subiaco during the festival, but it also keeps them coming back all year round once they discover what our fantastic venues have to offer.”
The full Subi Spritz line-up will be announced in January 2026 and will feature over 20 events throughout Subiaco. To be the first to find out what else is on the menu sign up to the Subi Spritz mailing list here.
