Grilled chilli lime chicken tenderloin skewers

Cooking: 20 minutes
Serves 1


  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 chicken tenderloins
  • Fresh lime half, to serve
  • Freshly chopped coriander, to serve


Combine all ingredients except chicken, lime halves and coriander, in a shallow dish. Mix well. Add chicken. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken from marinade. Thread onto skewers. Cook under a hot grill until golden brown and cooked through. Serve on a platter with lime halves, sprinkled with coriander.
