Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 chicken tenderloins
- Fresh lime half, to serve
- Freshly chopped coriander, to serve
Method
Combine all ingredients except chicken, lime halves and coriander, in a shallow dish. Mix well. Add chicken. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken from marinade. Thread onto skewers. Cook under a hot grill until golden brown and cooked through. Serve on a platter with lime halves, sprinkled with coriander.
