Preparation: 10 minutes + 30 minutes marinating
- 1 pink flesh orange – peeled and diced
- ½ punnet strawberries, hulled
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Combine orange juice, honey and ginger in a serving bowl.
- Fold through chopped orange segments.
- Cover and refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving.
- Before serving, gently fold in strawberries. Serve in orange shells (or glass serving bowls) with yoghurt or cream.
