Black Swan Health is hosting a free event to celebrate Seniors Week and inform the community on healthy eating and exercise.
About the session:
One of our dietitians will give an informative presentation on Healthy Eating for Seniors. There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and receive some expert advice. This will be followed by a light exercise session with our exercise physiologist. She will run through a program of balance and strength exercises and gentle stretches. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed in shoes and bring a water bottle.
