A new era in men’s health and performance

Three of Western Australia’s leading specialists in medicine, fitness, and nutrition have joined forces to launch The Healthspan Collective, a coordinated men’s health and performance program designed to help individuals build capacity for a stronger, healthier life.

Bringing together General Practitioner Dr Lloyd Evans, fitness expert Chris Nayna, and Advanced Sports Dietitian David Bryant, the initiative offers a structured, evidence-informed approach that integrates medical oversight, strength and conditioning, and nutrition into one cohesive pathway.

Rather than navigating fragmented health advice, members of The Healthspan Collective are supported by a coordinated team that provides clarity, accountability, and a personalised strategy to improve performance, healthspan, and long-term wellbeing.

Owner of Adapt Health Club, Chris Nayna, understands what it takes to help men enhance their physical and mental capacity. A former critical care cardiology nurse, Nayna has trained some of Australia’s leading innovators, including Linktree co-founder Anthony Zaccaria and property developer Tim Gurner. He was also selected by Gurner to design the fitness offering at Saint Haven, Australia’s first luxury private wellness club, and currently serves as Head of Fitness at Lawson Flats, Perth’s exclusive members club.

“We know men are looking for practical, integrated guidance, not just more meaningless tasks to add to the to-do list,” Nayna said. “This is about bringing the right people together in one place so individuals can take ownership of their health and perform at a higher level across work, family, and life.”

Nayna said the concept was born after connecting with Dr Evans and Bryant through shared experiences in healthcare, fatherhood, business, and a mutual passion for improving men’s health outcomes. “Through ongoing conversations, we recognised a growing demand for more comprehensive, preventative health support. There was a clear gap. People like us weren’t just looking for training—they wanted guidance across their entire health,” he said. “The Healthspan Collective brings that together in one place, with experts working collaboratively rather than in isolation. When you get the fundamentals right, everything improves—your energy, your focus, and your resilience.”

Dr Lloyd Evans, who focuses on preventative men’s health and cardiometabolic medicine, said the program aims to shift the way men approach their long-term wellbeing. “Preventative health isn’t just about identifying issues—it’s about getting ahead of them,” Dr Evans said. “Too often, men wait until something goes wrong. This model allows us to proactively assess, monitor, and guide individuals so they can maintain performance and reduce long-term health risks.”

David Bryant, an Advanced Sports Dietitian and two-time Paralympian, emphasised the critical role of nutrition in sustainable performance. “Nutrition is often the missing link,” Bryant said. “When aligned with training and medical insight, it becomes a powerful lever to improve energy, body composition, and overall performance in a way that is both practical and sustainable.”

Each service is delivered by its respective practitioner, allowing members to tailor their experience based on individual needs.
Built on the philosophy of building capacity for life, The Healthspan Collective represents a new, collaborative model for men’s health—one that unites medical, fitness, and nutritional expertise under a single, coordinated framework.
