The signature cool mornings and picturesque hills and valleys of the Perth Hills in Autumn set the scene for Bickley Valley producers to celebrate their annual harvest season. This weekend on May 3 and 4, the 26th annual Bickley Harvest Festival will unite more than 20 venues that highlight the region’s best food, wine, cider, spirits, produce and culture, just 30 mins from Perth city, with activities continuing throughout the month.
This festival is not just an event; it’s an experiential showcase of the finest local wine, spirits, food, and produce set amongst rolling green hills, vines and orchards of the humbly enchanting Bickley Valley. The festival celebrates local craftsmanship at its finest offering weekend adventurers, gastronomy enthusiasts, wine connoisseurs and industry professionals the chance to sample the newest and finest offerings of the valley.
It’s never been easier to celebrate the wonders of their bumper harvest season with a free shuttle bus between venues this Saturday and Sunday. Stopping approximately every 30 minutes at venues including The Packing Shed Distilling Co., Brookside Vineyard. Plume Estate Vineyard, MyattsField Vineyards, Fairbrossen, Masonmill, Carmel Cide, Core Cider and HHH Spirits, with the timetable available on the festival website.
