Do you know someone doing exceptional things to help animals?

Celebrate their efforts by nominating them for a RSPCA WA State Award in 2019.

Last year’s Humane Award winner was Kylie Soanes.

Kylie started a non-profit group which helps families struggling with vet costs and finds new homes for surrendered animals who otherwise might be euthanised.

This is just one example of the amazing things West Australians are doing every day to improve animal welfare. If you know someone exceptional who deserves recognition, nominate them today!

There are five award categories, designed to recognise commendable acts of bravery, compassion and advocacy carried out by individuals or groups with the purpose of saving animal lives or improving animal welfare standards. There is one animal award too, which recognises the lengths our loyal companions will go to in order to protect us.

By sharing stories of bravery and determination to help animals, we hope to create a ripple effect, where others are inspired to treat animals with kindness and help raise welfare standards across WA.

Anyone can submit a nomination –so if you or someone you know has done something extraordinary in the name of animal protection, we’d love to know about it.
