Fremantle will be filled with the spirit of Italy this March when two of the nation’s most celebrated musicians, Riccardo Tesi and Giua, take the stage for a special one-night-only performance at the WA Maritime Museum.

The concert, on Thursday 26 March 2026, will bring together Tesi’s renowned accordion mastery and Giua’s poetic songwriting in a seamless blend of contemporary sound and traditional Italian folk influences.

Giua’s luminous vocals and heartfelt storytelling will pair beautifully with Tesi’s expressive accordion, promising an evening rich in warmth, emotion and Mediterranean flair.

Before the concert, audiences can explore the Museum’s From Nonna with Love exhibition — a tribute to Italian heritage and family traditions — and enjoy refreshments from the café and cash bar.

The event will be held at the WA Maritime Museum, Victoria Quay, Fremantle, on Thursday March 26. Guests can enjoy the From Nonna with Love exhibition, café and cash bar from 6 to 7pm, followed by the concert from 7 to 8.30pm.

Tickets are $35 and can be booked at museum.wa.gov.au/maritime/riccardo-tesi-and-giua-live-concert.

This rare Perth performance by two of Italy’s most captivating artists promises an unforgettable evening of music, culture and connection — a celebration of stories told through song.
