Details:The Society usually meets on the 4th Friday of each month at the Manning Activity Centre, 3 Downey Drive, Manning. Meetings start at 7:30 pm, but members usually start arriving at around 7:00 pm. Guests are most welcome.
Meetings usually include a talk about some aspect of orchid culture, but sometimes there are special events such as auctions, guest speakers, and potting demonstrations. There is an in-house competition each month, where members show off orchids in flower. There are also raffles, door prizes, and ample opportunity to talk about growing orchids.
